How Can We Help?

Were are you based?

Physio Fit is based on Hougue du Pmmier next door to the Indoor Bowls Stadium.

What are your opening hours?

Currently Phyisio Fit is open from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm Monday to Friday and from 4:30 pm to 6:00 pm Mondays and Thursdays for the rehabilitation tables.

Massage, MS Hub and other types of clinic services are by appointment only and can be outside of the stated hours above.

Are you planning to open for longer hours in future?

Yes! Unfortunately, Covid took its toll on client numbers now that we are in a more stable environment and Covid is not having the same impact on our movements and freedoms as it was a couple of years ago it is our goal to raise our client base sufficiently to enable us to open for longer hours and put on more group sessions on other days/evenings and weekends.
